Hi all – just a quick note to let you know I’m taking a short break from the Blog. I’ll be away from the Blog for about a week. Thanks.
I guess it had to happen eventually and so it has, I am taking some extended time off from the Blogs – aiming to return at the beginning of 2017 (possibly the 1st January 2017). Why? Burnout. Illness – you call it, I probably have it. Seriously though – I’m tired and can’t hold onto to good health, so a longer break is required.
Due to continuing bad health I am taking another break from most of my Blogs and will only be posting in an irregular manner over the next few weeks. I think I need to take care of myself a little for the time being. Hopefully, regular service will return before too long. There is nothing too threatening happening, just a long-term issue that flares from time to time.
No Posts Tonight – In mourning for the USA.
Due to very poor health at the moment I have decided to take a break to try and recover to a reasonable extent before continuing with the Blogs. The timeframe is a little up in the air, as it is difficult to know how long the process will take – I am hoping it will be no longer than a couple of weeks, though one week is what I am hoping for.
I am also going to take this opportunity to update my technology, as I finally have an opportunity to upgrade my current laptop – which is a massive improvement on what I have been using over the last year.
It was my intention to return to Blogging today, however, I have had a significant accident at work today involving a ladder, height and a terrific fall – so I am very sore and incapacitated to a degree with some severely injured (typing) fingers (among a host of other injuries, including head injuries). Hopefully I can get back to Blogging sometime this week. Thanks all.

Officials said Thursday that the crash of Germanwings Flight 9525 appears to be a deliberate act by a co-pilot who locked himself in the cockpit and flew the plane into a mountain. All 150 people aboard were killed when the jet crashed into the French Alps on Tuesday.
Here’s everything we know so far about the unfolding tragedy:
What exactly happened on the day of the flight?
Germanwings Flight 9525, an Airbus A320, departed Barcelona en route to Dusseldorf on Tuesday morning. Around 30 minutes into the flight, the plane had reached a cruising altitude of 38,000 feet when it began to descend rapidly at a rate of 3,000 feet per minute. Ten minutes later, the plane crashed in a remote area of the French Alps. Initially thought to be a tragic accident, investigators now suspect the crash was a “deliberate” act by the co-pilot.
How did investigators reach that…
