Bomb blasts in Boston. Obama uses the term “Act of Terror”. This event will “change the face of a city”. Journalism always has to take the “people angle” for all their stories. That’s not to say that the two people that died in Boston isn’t news but if you take a look at the big picture, I really believe that the media has a huge role to play in creating hype around such events.
